As a watercolour painter SkyBlue paints many different themes of nature and angels, but he always paint the light.

He loves water and only paints watercolour. The light, flow and transparency of the medium fascinates me. He’s been an artist for over 20 years, his art has spread out to clients in England, Germany, Holland, Switzerland… and now SL (1 or 2 pictures you see in SL are still available in RL).

• Show up to the Party and bring all your friends!
• Join the Kissing Contest Board and get ready to pucker up (the contest board will be closed once the contest gets started so get there early and be sure to join)

• Once on stage, jump on the kissing pose ball and Pucker UP; you are gunna want to deliver your hottest emote kiss and have the crowd lining up to vote for you as the hottest kisser on the grid!

Sisi started as a teenager to paint with oil on canvas. Then many years passed and she did not have the time or place for the painting.
I discovered that it was easier and more satisfying to take photos and did that for many years. Eventually, Sisi was lucky enough to get her  first digital camera. In a period of about 3 years she had taken many thousand photos.

Then in 2009 Sissi suddenly got the idea that maybe it could be fun to paint again. She bought canvas and acrylic paint and has painted more than 50 paintings the last 2½  years.  Sisi still feels she is  developing her technic.

Around the same time , Sisi discovered the world of Second Life and all the possibilities of making photos in here. A whole new world had opened for her. She opened her own gallery and let other artists in here. Sisi feels that being a part of this community fills her world with colours and happiness.

Fuschia Nightfire (known in real life as Nina Camplin) is a mural artist specialising in trompe l’oeil. She is interested in challenging the viewer’s perception of space and creating illusions of faked realities. View her collection of sea and landscapes entitled The Jurassic Coast in the Gay Riviera Plaza through the month of August.

Living in Dorset on the South Coast of the UK, many of her rl paintings feature the sea and the nearby heathland.
Fuschia is using second life as an alternative medium for creating art and exploring ways of making illusions of false realities in a virtual world.

For the first time, the GA Events Committee organizes 3 themed parties to celebrate Bastille day 2011 in 3 different themed venues decorated for this occasion.

Not to be missed on 14 July :

12am-2pm : Opening Party (DJ Seb). The party will be held @ The Bunker in Gay Fun World. In honor of the brave soldiers from around the world participating in the military parade held on the Champs Elysées in Paris, we recommend a military uniform.

2pm-4pm : Bal des Pompiers / Firemen’s Bal (DJ HotBoy). The party will be held @ rendezvous. As a tradition firefighters invite residents of the villages and towns of France to join them to celebrate the Bastille day at their ball room. Come dance, have fun and, why not, find the fireman of your dreams.
